• Students should reach school on time. Students who are late will be admitted to the class only with the permission of Principal/ Vice- Principal. Habitual late comers may be fined / may be asked to leave the school.
• Students must be clean and appear in full school uniform. Students without proper uniform will not be allowed into the class room. If for a valid reason a student doesn’t have full uniform, a remark to this effect should be entered in the page assigned for Parent’s Remarks in the Student’s Handbook.
• The Student’s Handbook should be brought to school daily. If the student loses the Handbook or defaces it, a fine of ` 50/- will be levied.
• Students are prohibited from making representation in a body but they may make representation individually to the Principal.
• Students who absent themselves with leave of without leave shall not enter the school premises on the day of absence without the prior permission of the Principal.
• All cycles must be locked and kept in the cycle stand. School will not be responsible for loss of any kind. Riding cycle in the school campus is prohibited.
• Students are expected to take due care of the school property. Any damage done willfully or accidently has to be made good either collectively or individually or as the case may be.
• Students are not allowed to remain in the class room during the recess.
• Date of Birth and other details of the student are certified strictly as per the documents submitted at the time of admission only Every student should take care of his/her belongings.
• Students are expected to take extreme care in keeping the class rooms, toilets, school premises clean.
• Students are expected to sort out their problems, if any, in dialogue with the Principal.
• Students shall abstain from any act which is likely to damage the reputation of the institution.
• Strict regularity, honesty, obedience, courtesy in speech and conduct, respect for school authorities and members of the staff should be the hallmark of students of SSBPS.
• Students should not leave the school premises during the school hours without the permission of the Principal.
• Students who expect to return late to their homes are responsible for informing their parents about it in advance.
• Unapproved books, Magazines, CDs, Camera, Pen Drive, Memory Card, Comics, Fancy items, Toys or any other objects liable to prove a source of disturbance for the smooth running of the school should not be brought to the school.
• Students are forbidden to bring any harmful things such as crackers, weapons etc. in the school.
• Students are forbidden to bring Mobile phones inside the school campus.
• Valuables like gold ornaments and/or jewellery of any kind are strictly forbidden.
• All correspondence addressed to students are subjected to inspection.
• Students are not allowed to receive telephone calls in school without the permission of the Principal/Vice-Principal.
• All students should cultivate the habit of reading news paper, periodicals and other good books.
• Behaviour of the students both inside and outside the school premises will be carefully observed and any misdemeanour will be severely dealt with
• Students suffering from infectious/contagious diseases shall be allowed to attend the class only after they are completely cured.
• Students of class XI & XII should wear white Apron during practicals.
• All the students should converse in English in the school premises and in school bus to develop their language skills.
• Girls are forbidden to use make up (Mehendi, Nail Polish etc.)
